WHAT IF I’M NOT IN SHAPE?
This is the biggest reason why you should come! While the instructor will be leading the whole class, you need to do what you can do at your pace, and modify when necessary. Listen to your body.
IS IT A CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT AND CAN I LOSE WEIGHT?
Oh yeah. It is one incredible cardio workout, and you will burn calories – up to 800!
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES? WHAT ABOUT MINIMUM HEIGHT?
Yes, the minimum age is 15 years old, and we will need a written consent from a parent or guardian if you are under 18. Also, the minimum height requirement is 4 feet 11 inches in order to reach pedals, and ride safely given the dimensions of the bike.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WEAR TO CLASS?
You will need cycling shoes (Look Keo compatible); a bottle of water; and a towel. If you plan on showering after class, bring another towel. Cycling shoes, towels and water bottles are all available at the front desk.
