The course includes in-depth exploration into sequencing, practice teaching, self-discovery and personal development. We will look into the history and philosophy of yoga, and bring in a working knowledge of anatomy.

To teach yoga, is to be in service. We believe that unity both within our community and our teaching staff will help people dissolve the barriers in our world that come up off of your mat.

It is a hands on, heart in, training to encourage spiritual, physical, and emotional growth. An experience to cultivate an understanding of standing in your power, both as a person and a teacher.
